To impact the lives of young people around the metroplex by creating affordable and accessible golf facilities to primarily serve those who have not previously had exposure to the game and its positive values.

  THE FIRST TEE OMAHA AWARD GRANTS TO 5 SCHOOLS
The First Tee Omaha/Hogan Junior Golf Heroe's awards National School Training Grants to Three Omaha Public Schools, Sacard Heart Elementry School and Edmonson Youth Outreach Training Center (EYOLC).
  OMAHA THE FIRST TEE OFFERED AT OFFUTT AFB.
Hogan's Junior Golf Heroes/The First Tee Omaha is beginning to offer Character Education and Life Skills Training to childern of Military personnel stationed at Offutt Air Force Base. With the goal of reaching over 100 participants by April 30, 2011. The program is being made possible as part of a two year agreement with the Department of Defense.
  7 to 9 Year old PGA NJGT Tour winner
Addison Cousin-Hardrick:: 7 years old.  Attends Sacred Heart School. Is a Honor Student.

First Place Winner for 7 to 9 years old on The PGA Nebraska Junior Golf Tour

Tanner Bolen. 8 years old winner
Attends St Phillip Neri where he is a Honor Student.

A 1st and 2nd place Winner on the PGA Nebraska Junior Golf Tour.

  1st PLACE WINNER 12 TO 15 K.C. REGIONAL
Burnell (Demetric) William  12 Years old. Attends King Science Center Magnet School. He is a Honor Student.  ;
First Place in the Alvin Brooks Mid West Regional Competition in K. C. Mo.

  1st PLACE AS A TEAM IN K.C MO. AT REGIONALS
Bill Ross 18 Years old Will attend University of Nebraska Lincoln
in the Fall of 2009 on a First Tee Golf Scholarship.

Brandon Williams 16 Years old Attends Central High School
Honor Student

Mark Irwin 18 Year old. Will Attend University of Nebraska Lincoln
In the fall of 2009 on A First Tee Golf Scholarship.


  2009 SUMMER PROGRAM FUN DAY

 Hogan''s Junior Golf Heroes/The First Tee Omaha's Annual Fun day, and Class Graduation Picnic. was, lets say....a hole-in-one....We were honored by the present of some of Hogan's Junior Golf Heroes/The First Tee Omaha Major Sponsors and supporters being in attendance. 

Our Affiliated First Tee Program from Souix City, Iowa was on hand to share in the celebration as was Board members from the Cox Classic presented by Lexus of Omaha and some of the Nationwide Tour Players.

The Mother of our Founder, Mrs. Hogan said "this has been one of the greatest turn-out she has seen"

  Omaha Miller Park Golf Assoc. News

For 2010, Omaha Miller Park Golf Association will again provide financial assistance to Hogan's Junior Golf Heroes/The First Tee Omaha'  for operations, and the Steve Hogan Scholarship fund. For 2009, the association provided more than $1000.00 to our scholarship fund. Scholarships will be awarded during the first quarter of 2010.

OMPGA leagues will start in April 2010, and continue through August 2010. Several leagues are planned for next year with monday and wednesday's leagues played at Steve Hogan Golf Course (formerly Miller Park Golf Course). Leagues are forming now.
